The conference, organised by the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in collaboration with ASGI, aims to analyse the questions submitted to the Court of Justice in the context of preliminary rulings concerning the interpretation of Regulation No. 604/2013 (Dublin Regulation), promoted by the Court of Cassation (C-228/21) and the Courts of Rome (C-254/21), Florence (C-297/21), Milan (C-315/21) and Trieste (C-328/21). The preliminary rulings concerned the State's information obligations towards international protection-seekers, the consequences of their non-compliance pursuant the Dublin III Regulation and the role of Courts in identifying safeguards from the risk of indirect refoulement following a transfer to a Member State that has already examined and rejected a first application for international protection.
